Transfer in Frankfurt Airport

I am arriving on LH 441 from Houston, Tx. arriving at 8:40am transferring to LH 1394 to Prague departing at 10:05am (1 hr 25 minutes layover)
I am not that familiar with the Frankfurt airport and not sure how far the gates are from each other. I am also not sure about the security checkpoints and passport control and the time it takes to get through them.

Can I easily make the connection on October 11 2019????

If you type your flights into Google, it will show you the gates your flights usually use. This doesn't mean your flight will use that gate, but it can give you a good idea.
Both flights land and depart from terminal 1, but the gates can always change.

Just checking — will you be traveling with carry-on baggage, not checking any luggage?

We will be traveling for 21 days, we will be taking luggage and 2 carry on.

Ok, so are you checking your main bags in Houston and Lufthansa is going to transfer them to your Prague flight while you’re getting yourselves and your carry-on bags to the Prague departure gate? Has the airline offered assurances that your transfer can go smoothly?

I was concerned about a Frankfurt-to-Vienna transfer with checked baggage -- very smooth! Lufthansa seems to have things under control.

Assuming this is one ticket: Yes. Luggage transfer will also work (with a high probability - may become an issue in case of a significant delay of the incoming flight). You will have to go through immigration (not an issue on a normal day, but delays can happen there on a bad day...). If you miss your connection due to a delay, LH will book you onto the next available flight.
The most important advice for Frankfurt: Check the gate of your connection flight as soon as you enter the airport, then follow the signs. Do not try to make sense of the airport layout and find a route yourself (this may work after your 10th or 15 flight there if you are a frequent flyer - if you fly infrequently, they will have changed too much in the mean time).

We have made such tight connections through FRA more than once, with our bags arriving, as well. A bit of white knuckles for us, but LH and the airport seem to be very efficient.
