We will be in Germany in May and plan traveling through the Bavarian region (around Munich area) and wondering if anyone has had issues traveling in the trains recently in Germany due to covid? Will our vaccination cards from the USA be enough to travel via trains or do we have to have a covid test? Has anyone crossed the German border into France or Austria and had an issues with covid restrictions? thanks

For trains within Germany, the "3G rules" currently apply (either vaccinated or recovered or tested, with appropriate proof); wearing an FFP2 / KN95 mask is mandatory. Your CDC Card will be good. But what will be in May, no one can say.
