Which train do we board to travel from Dorint Airport hotel, Zurich to get to Lindt chocolate? We want to take the tour.
Are we best to purchase tickets day of travel? We'll be in Zurich 2 days.
A 1 day ticket that covers travel on trains would be great.

Use www.sbb.ch/en to research point A to point B anywhere in Switzerland. You can buy tickets there or at the station or on the App they have. Good resource to become familiar with, especially the app.
If you have trouble finding a bus stop or station, consult the map for the area near your hotel or ask at the hotel. There is a Zürich city pass that might be useful if you use public transportation enough during your stay. https://www.zuerich.com/en/zurichcard/buy-online.

Several ways, either from Kloten Balsberg station or the tram to Oelikon and train from there. Use the SBB journey planner, with destination "Kilchberg, Lindt & Spruegli", last leg will be a bus.
