I am staying in Motel one sendling Tor. I need to catch a train to Berlin.
I should head to München Hauptbahnhof to take the train to Berlin?
Decided to extend one more night in Munich but motel one sendling Tor is fully booked. Any recommendations for hotel near sendling Tor motel one? Or if I need to head to München hauptbahnhof to take train to Berlin. I can also stay somewhere walking distance to the train station. Please advise. Thank you!

Yes, you will board the train for Berlin at the Munich Hbf.
Regarding another hotel, I'd suggest getting a hotel near the Munich Hbf as that will make your departure easier. There are lots of hotels near the station, and one that I often use is Hotel Royal. It's in a somewhat "colourful area" but the hotel is very nice and they serve a great breakfast. It's within easy walking distance to the Hbf.
Lots of hotels near Munich Hauptbahnhof. I like Cocoon Hauptbanhof - cosy rooms, friendly staff, about five minutes walk away.
Munich Hauptbahnhof is very easy to use, by the way.
I'd recommend Hotel Wolff Eden. It's opposite the station (north side) but outside the "colorful area" mentioned above.
