Traveling my first time to Europe. I will be booking a train from Stutgart to Munich. Confused as to which station is the closest to the airport. They have Aeroport than Airport T. Thanks so much

Both, maybe. That's probably different names for the same place. Are you using the Bahn schedule webpage? It will probably give the final destination as "Muenchen Flughafen Terminal".
The airport station is an S-Bahn station. The most straightforward way to get there is to take the train to Munich Hbf and change to the S1 or S8 from there. You can also change in Pasing and Laim.
