Yes. Saver Fares save a lot over walk-up fares for these journeys. But be aware that the are non-refundable and train-specific... You can't miss your pre-scheduled departures.
A 5-day German Railpass for these journeys would be mostly refundable if you couldn't do the trip - and would offer travel day and departure time flexibility as well as some savings over walk-up tix.
