My wife and I are trying to make train reservations for various ICE trains. I'm on the DB site currently trying to make one from Munich to Nuremberg, and they are asking for my personal and payment information before I can pick my seats. Do they give me the chance to pick my seats after I give that information? I want to make sure my wife and I are sitting together so I'm hesitant to pay for it before I know we can.

You've overlooked a link and need to go back. Earlier in the process, they ask, "Where would you like to sit?" and then on the next screen you have to click on the link that says "Select Seat."

If you are looking at 2nd class, you need to pay 4.50 EUR per person for a seat reservation in order to be able to select a seat. Did you click on that?

Thanks. I see it now where it says I can pick my seats. That didn't catch my eye before. Much appreciated for your help.
