Not a one-stop, but a connection. You would take the S-Bahn a few stops to Munich
Hauptbahnhof and then catch the train to Nuremberg. The train is direct from Munich
to Nuremberg.
You don't note your date of travel, but Munich Hauptbahnhof is under construction,
so you probably want to make sure you have a decent amount of time to go from
S-Bahn to train, at least 15 minutes.

Deborah, while in Germany use the Deutsche Bahn app to get up to date information on trains. It's available in English and is user-friendly.
