I will be traveling to Garmich from Munich Airport and I have to stop first at Munich Central Station as there is no direct transport to Garmich from Munich Airport.
I was considering to buy a Deutschland ticket which costs 49 Euro, my question is if the Deutschland ticket is valid from Munich Central Station to Garmich Station?

Yes it is. It is valid throughout the entire country.
Since all trains from Munich Hbh to GP are regional trains, yes the Deutschland ticket will work. You can also use it on the Sbahn. The ticket is valid on local trains in Germany for the calendar month. Be sure to read the specifics before buying.
