Is there a local train
or only the ones booked on Db bahn?
i gather the regional ticket not good
for this sector?

all trains are listed on the Bahn website.
You can take the fast trains - the ICE - in about 2 and a half hours, or a series of 4 or 5 regional trains in 5 and a half hours or 6 hours.
Is your goal to save money? If so, just looking on next Monday randomly the Quer-Durchs-Land-Ticket is 42€ (non refundable, must be after 9am M-F, or 48.60€ normal price; on the faster ICE you can pay as little as 31.90€ (nonchangeable, Supersparpreise, nonrefundable).
So the slow trains may not save you any.
What are you actually trying to achieve?

you can see the regional ones on the Bahn webpage by "Change" and then "Change other data" and then uncheck "Show Fastest Connections" and check "only local transport".

Depending on your arrival time at FRA, you might be able to save some money by taking one of the two daily Flix Trains. The trip only takes about 2 hours and costs between 8€ and 20€. The trains depart from Frankfurt Süd station, so you'll have to add a few € for the transfer from the airport. Cf. Flixbus.de.
