Hello,
I have been trying to reserve a time to visit the Dome, but the website does not provide dates, but then instructs me to select a date and time. Any suggestions?

I made the mistake of showing up to the Reichstag without a reservation a few months ago. However, I was able to get in a line at noon and get tickets for later that evening. Not sure if this is still an option but it worked for me then and might be an option for you if you are unable to reserve online. Good luck and have a great trip. Berlin is a great city to visit!!

Yesterday I scheduled a visit for April 28th at the time I wanted. I filled out the info, checked the 3 dates/times I was requesting, then submitted it. I received an email that I then had to confirm with my name, and this morning I received the confirmation with my first choice of dates.
Now having said that, I was requesting a visit to a plenary session, and will see the dome afterward. However, I think it's the same process so not sure what's going on at your end. You might try emailing them - I emailed them earlier with a few questions and they were prompt to respond. The email I used is besucherdienst (at) bundestag (dot) de.
