Hi: Googled pricing for Adina Apartment Hotel Heckscher Mkt & these 2 sites had the lowest price. Room description doesn't include sf so that would have to be followed up. Anyone use either of these 2?

Being legitimate and being trustworthy are completely different. If a low price is too good to be true, it probably is.
Politicians, lawyers and car mechanics are all legitimate.

I would never book a hotel with a booking agency, even a reputable one. You run the risk of them bailing if something goes wrong, and the hotel has no obligation to help you. Always go with the direct booking, ever if you have to a pay a bit more.
As Gundersen said, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is...
That said, I do recommend the Adina Apartment Hotel at Hackescher Markt. I had a very nice stay there and loved the location. I would definitely stay there again. But I would (and did) book directly with the Adina.

Found some positive comments on these 2 booking companies on TravelAdvisor. So I followed up with them & found their pricing above the hotels! Priceline came in cheaper but I'll address that in a separate post.
