Tea powder through German customs?

I like to travel with instant green tea powder in my carry-on luggage. Will this present a problem going through customs in Germany? I don't need much, just a few ounces.

Absolutely not. You may not even see a custom agent. You walk through the Green door that says, "Nothing to Declare." Customs in Europe is not a big deal but it can be when returning to the US.

You may not see a customs agent, but they might see you.

However, tea is allowed so no problem.

I've never seen tea powder. Leaves yes. Is it some sort of mix?

I have a caffeine addiction and this stuff works well when I'm on the go! Its just ground up tea that you can add water to for an instant beverage. It's not bad warm, but not delicious either :) I like it to travel because I do find myself needing some caffeine and coffee is too much. And I don't like getting stuck paying for coffee or tea in a cafe unless I really want to sit down and enjoy it.
