My current plan includes driving from Stuttgart to Munich to Innsbruck to Neushwanstein and back, and one family member wishes to check out a cuckoo clock factory or something along those lines.
Is there any place where I can visit a cuckoo clock factory along this route? Even a diversion of around 2 hours may be fine.

Cuckoo clocks are made in the Black Forest, about an hour east of Stuttgart, and Triberg is ground zero.
Despite what Orson Welles ad-libbed in "The Third Man", they are not made in Switzerland.
Triberg is not East of Stuttgart, it is SSW.
The answer is no, not between Stuttgart and Munich.
