Southern Germany

Guten tag! We are traveling to Germany for the first time and are looking for recommendations of things to see/places to stop/routes on our 3 day southern portion.

We will be traveling from:
Rust to Konstanz (stay overnight)
Konstanz to Schwangau (stay overnight)
Schwangau to Munich

In this we know we want to go to Neuschwanstein castle and also BMW in Munich. Other than those we are open. Suggestions?

Thank you for helping to make our graduation trip special!

You might show your entire itinerary. From your 2 posts so far, I think you have too many one day stops planned.

Agreeing with stephen. You won't actually have time to see anything but highway and hotel rooms. Distances are deceiving on the map.

I would check what Rick Steves says about Neuschwanstein. You may want to just drive by, take a look, and continue on to Munich. You can stop in Mittenwald if you want, a charming little scenic town, or stop in Obersalzburg to visit the Nazi Documentation Center.
