Single ticket Luftansa layover time

I am looking into flights to Vienna from Boston, and one of them is an A380 from Boston to Munich with a 1hr 35min layover before the connecting flight to Vienna on Lufthansa Cityline, all single ticket. That seems awfully short as I will need to enter the EU in Munich and the A380 is a massive plane. I know since it's a single ticket, Lufthansa would be responsible, but even then, it can be a pain. I tried to look for later connections, but they don't seem to offer them.

I have other options outside of Lufthansa; should I skip this?

Thanks,
Mark

I haven't been to Munich airport but I've read here that it's a relatively easy one, at least compared to Frankfurt and others. Looking at a random June date, I saw six nonstops from Munich to Vienna, all on Lufthansa or an affiliate. That means you should have a good chance at a seat on a later flight that day if the connection time proves too short. I like longer connections than yours, but it seems worth the risk here.

Your transfer will be in Terminal 2 which is well organized and has short distances. If your first flight is on time, you will even have time for a snack stop.

1h35 isn't awfully short. Especially for Munich. It is actually rather generous. This will even give you time to have a beer before the next flight.
Munich airport is build specifically to enable short transfers, and LH will sell connections as short as 30 minutes.
