Is there a reasonably affordable and safe way to ship a suitcase ahead from Amsterdam to Dortmund while I'm taking a different travel route?

Looked at DHL for a quick quote from Netherlands to Germany for a 22kg carry on size suitcase and got an estimate of ~150 euro ( 2 day delivery) Next day was ~175 euro
You decide if that is reasonable.
Cost may vary depending on what size /weight you plan to ship
