Just an FYI for anyone staying near the Sendlinger Tor area. I'm staying at Motel One in that area and I received an email stating that there will be construction from 4.17-6.19.23.
Guess I won't get the nice Sendlinger Tor gate photos:)

Thanks for letting us know. I am staying at Motel One 6/22-6/24. Hopefully construction will be done on time.

You have since years massive construction work above and below ground at Sendlinger Tor square because of the new subway station. But the subway runs normally.
Then there will be a construction site in the street of Motel One (according to info of the muenchen.de homepage) - maybe that's what the hotel is talking about?
Looks like the gate itself isn't a construction site, but it's not certain. Maybe the city forgot to report the construction site :-) No wonder with the many construction sites that currently exist ......
Work is currently being done in many places on the district heating network in Munich.
