Rooms that Sleep 3

This is mainly for Germany and Austria how hard is it to find rooms that sleep 3 single people. We are okay sharing beds.

I was able to find apartment hotels in most of the cities for a trip I'm planning. You could sleep 3 or more in the apartments.
