We're planning a weekend trip from Frankfurt and looking for any vineyards or unique river properties to stay. Any suggestions?

Mark posted the exact same ones as I would have. Kloster Eberbach is gorgeous and Eltville is my favorite town on the Rhein. They have a lovely panoramic walk along the Rhein. Lots of good restaurants in town too, though Kloster Eberbach is known for good food too.
