In that, there's this:
"Here are some suggestions for sightseeing in Trier that we will not be doing as a group (see your guidebook for details): Archaeological Museum; Mosel boat cruise; Bishop's Museum, Amphitheater. Remember, we will tour nearby Burg Eltz Castle as a group."
The Rick Steves Germany book that you are getting with your tour will also have restaurant recommendations.
