I reserved tickets online for Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau through the official website. I received confirmation of my request on June 2, 2018. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I haven't received any additional information. Is this wait time normal? My request is for August 25.

I reserved my ticket on 6 May and received confirmation on 16 May!
We are visiting on 20 July.

I received a confirmation today of our castle tours-3 weeks after the initial request. So patience is required with this booking!
