Renting a summer house in the north Tyrol

Good morning. I'm planning a sibling trip to Germany and Austria. We are starting with a few days in Munich, then want to rent a summer home in the north Tyrol region to enjoy the mountains, do some low-key hiking, and maybe a few day trips, before heading on to Salzburg.

Can anyone recommend a rental agency? I'm looking at AirBnB and VRBO, but wondering if there is anything specific to the area. thanks for your time!

I've rented using this site before, general listings:
https://www.traum-ferienwohnungen.de/europa/oesterreich/tirol/

In and around Innsbruck, a central location:

Popular towns and villages will have their own websites you can check out for accommodations. Seefeld is mentioned a lot on this forum, it has many apartments available:

Much will depend on whether you have a car or not.

Just across the border, in Germany, look at Mittenwald or the nearby village of Krun:

I would suggest to post in Austria section as well since North Tyrol is not in Germany. Maybe some more people might be able to help there.

Go to Tannheimtal. Next to no one on this forum has any idea that it exists, but it's a wonderful local tourist area with all the great Austrian mountain stuff and much local working agriculture. Not too far from Munich and quite close to Fussen.

What do you have in mind for “north Tyrol”? We may be able to direct you to the perfect spot. How many people (# of bedrooms & bathrooms needed) and will you have a car? And when are you traveling?

Munich is only 2 hrs from Salzburg by train or car. The area around Salzburg is stunning. Specifically Werfen, Hallstatt & Berchtesgaden. How long will you be in the area?
