What is the best rental car company for driving through Germany? (Will be picking a car up at Frankfurt airport) Is Okmobility a good choice?

I don't know that there is a "best" rental company. Only one that gets you the type of car at your price point and is reliable. Have never heard of the one you mention. We have always rented through Autoeurope (a 3rd party booking site), where we can easily see a selection of the options available.

We used Avis in 2018. Reasonable rates, high gas prices.

I used AutoEurope to book my car this year but got the car through Avis. Everything went very smoothly and I was pleased with the experience. I've been using AutoEurope to rent cars in Europe for over 25 years and have never had cause to regret it.

I've been using Kemwel to make bookings from the US for many years- they're a partner with AutoEurope- they show competitive rates of multiple rental companies and then you rent thru them - I've found their customer service to be excellent-
