I know what day I want to buy tickets for a visit to the Reichstag but the timing is in doubt. If I bought tickets for 10:00 but didn’t arrive until 11:00 would I still get in? I know some places won’t let you in before an appointed time but are lenient about a later time.

Are you taking about a tour of the building? For a tour, you need to arrive at your appointed time. They were pretty strict with us this year - and we got there and had already been assigned to a small group that we toured with. We arrived before them and were let in, screened, and then sent to sit on a couch in the lobby until the others arrived.
