Several years ago someone posted a website that showed maps of the various train stations throughout Germany. These maps showed track assignments, restaurants, luggage store, etc. Does anyone have that website or is that info no longer available online?

Unfortunately, Bahnhof.de only shows station layouts for major stations. There is also a website that shows layouts for every station in Bavaria - beg.bahnland-bayern.de/de/planung/infrastrukturprojekte/stationsdatenbank. Unfortunately, I have not found a website with such data for other Länder.
If you find a connection on the Bahn website, click on details. On the details there will be a link to "Bahnhof Information" for the beginning, changing, and ending stations. This link will show the station layout if it is available.
BTW, unlike the Bahn website (link above), which has an ignorance algorithm that accepts multiple incorrect or foreign spellings, Bahnhof.de is very sensitive to spelling the German name of the station correctly. Hence, "Cologne" or "Nuremburg" won't get you anything, but the 'e' form of umlauts will work. For example, "Koeln" or "Nuernberg" will work.
