I'd like to spend two weeks in Quedlinburg in September 2019 studying German language, at the A1-A2 level. Is there a language school in Quedlinburg? I can't find anything online, other than integration courses for immigrants. I'll be there for only two weeks, on a tourist visa.

Quedlinburg has 2 side by side tourist offices (don’t ask) on the main square. Perhaps an email or Skype call to them might give you some leads. Inlingua is one of the major programs with short term courses but I don’t see that there is one in Quedlinburg. Other programs taught through the system of the hochschule will be more long term, I've taken such a German language course in a different city.
If not Quedlinburg what about Wernigerode or Goslar?
Couldn't find anything in Quedlinburg, but in nearby Wernigerode is a Volkshochschule which offers A1 and A2 courses:
