purchase tickets rather than order with obligation to pay

I am trying to book tickets for NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE at http://www.radiustours.com/en/. When I originally looked at the website, there was a button to purchase the tickets. Now all I can see is a button that says, "order with obligation to pay." Has anyone else had that trouble?
I am emailing Radius Tours, but with the 9 hour time difference, I was hoping this would be quicker help.
I am hoping someone can provide the steps on how to purchase four adult tickets to NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE rather than order the tickets with obligation to pay.
Thanks.

I can only refer you to the site. I have no experience with Radiustours.

Tickets with a specific visiting time can be reserved for an additional prepaid charge two days before the desired castle visit (3 pm local time) at the latest. The visiting time can only be changed or the ticket cancelled up to 2 hours before the start of the tour (also by phone).

I'm sure there are folks out there that can help. Maybe Radiustours purchases the tickets ahead of time, thus the "order with obligation to pay?"

If you take the Radius tour (overpriced in my opinion) you might not have a choice, but I think you might be able to take just the transportation (the price of the ticket, 12€, is in addition to the price of the tour, 42€, without a castle tour) but there would be no point. They charge you the same price for the ticket as what you would pay yourself, but they do make a profit over the group price. If you order the tickets through them, they will pick them up at the kiosk, saving you time in line (and maybe assure that you are finished with the tour before they go back for Munich).

In my opinion, it is easy and fare less costly to just come out on the train by yourself with a Bayern-Ticket and pre-reserve the tour on the Hohenschwangau website. A Bayern-Ticket for four people would cost 38€ vs 168€ for the Radius tour, and would include the same train and bus transportation to the castle.

Doesn't matter what Tour Company you book with you'll only be allowed into the castle with a guide FROM THE CASTLE. No other tour company guide can take you inside. And the "tickets" that a tour company will get for you are the SAME tickets that you get by lining up at the one and only official ticket counter for Neuschwanstein.

In other words, if you want to pay a tour company to do exactly what you could do for 1/2 the price then by all means go for it. Otherwise just know that it really couldn't be any simpler.

I ordered a tour with them a couple of weeks ago and I chose PayPal for payment, but the payment never went through, so I sent them an email asking what the problem was. They said that they are having trouble with their payment system, definitely PayPal, not sure about credit cards, and they asked me to pay when I get to the meeting point.
