With sufficient advance purchase, 29€/person. Nice train, I rode from Prague to Dresden in 2012.

For schedule check Deutsche Bahn website or czech website but DB one is more informative and easier to read.

That trip is 4H:39M via one of the direct EC trains mentioned earlier, and it's a very easy and pleasant trip (I've travelled that route). You might want to buy a sandwich and a soft drink in the station prior to boarding the train, so that you have something for lunch. Berlin Hbf is HUGE and there are lots of food choices.
Be sure to note the correct stations when you buy tickets. Your departure station will be Berlin Hbf and your arrival station Praha hl.n.

It takes 6 minutes longer the other way, and I don't think they sell food in Praha hl. n. (in fact, they don't sell food anywhere in the Czech Republic. Everyone comes to Berlin to eat.)
