My family and I are trying to plan a car trip from Gothenburg Sweden, through Germany, with final destination Italy, and back. Getting reasonable sleep-over prices often requires previous hotel booking, so I wanted to use a good travel-AI to do the tedious work. But the AI-agents seem very tricky, as they are usually only like a fancy "chatBot" that doesn't want to do the actual checking of the "room availability dates" -work.
So, I wonder if anyone her ahs succeeded in using any AI/agent recently, to do such work for you?

No AI is currently able to beat the know-how and experience of this forum which is imo on a good level.
No AI would inform you to care for traffic regulations (car and driver requirements) of minimum four countries, likely five. Do you have driving permission for all countries, e. g. Germany?
Car brand Volvo I guess.
When do you plan to travel?
How much time do you have?
Who is family (ages)?
What are your interests?

Interesting question.
My observation of hotel booking sites is that they are designed so that a AI or a bot can't access them. So, I think what you are looking for is beyond the current ability of the AI apps we can access.
