Osnabrück Car Rental

We will arrive at the Osnabrück Hbf. around 10:20 on a Sunday and will pick-up a rental car at Sixt Osnabrück, 1-3 Franz-Lenz-Straße. I know the Sixt station at this location is only open on Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. How long is the walk from the Hbf. to the address noted? We’ll have a piece of wheeled luggage, is the terrain/pavement conducive to this?

It is on the back side of the station about 1200 ft. The street immediately behind the station is Hamburger Strasse. Take a left out of the station and it curves around to the right and becomes Franz Lenz Strasse.
