what is correct format for telephone number when booking an online ticket? am having issue with this. is this correct 17168987645 ? please advise.

Try adding a + sign in front. If you're booking as a guest, without creating an account, telephone is not a mandatory field.

That is not a number with which I am familiar. Could you give a link to the page where that number appears?
But why would you need a phone number for an online booking?
Oh, is that your number? I think the country code for the US is 001. In that case, the next 1, for long distance might be assumed.
