Got my confirmation of the new date for my reservation. May 27th 2022. Now that’s set I can start reorganizing the trip.

I think we’re confirmed for August 2, 2022 and already put it on our calendar. I think they’ll mail us tickets in October of 2021. Congratulations on having an upcoming trip to plan!

I’m doing it all on my own. I’m just not interested in tours. I’m sure I’ll do a Rick Steves tour someday but for now I like to plan it all myself.
For this trip the original plan was to fly into Munich and do three days there. Then two exploring the Bavarian Alps from Fussen. Then the passion play. Then on to Austria with three days in Salzburg detouring to Innsbruck on the way and finishing up with four days in Vienna flying home from there. That’s still the basic plan but I’m now considering reversing the order.
