Nuremberg underground tours?

I'm hoping to catch one or two 'undergound' tours of Nuremberg. I was particularly looking at the Art Bunker tour and possibly the Tunnels and Secret Passages tour.

Has anyone done either of these tours and care to share their thoughts? I can't seem to find many reviews online, particularly for the latter.

In theory I am hoping to do both tours but should I want to see Albrecht Durer House, I may need to forego one of the tours.

I did the Art Bunker tour last year. It was okay - pretty interesting but not a top experience for me. The guide didn’t speak enough English to actually do the tour. So he did the tour in German and, at each speaking stop, he pressed a button on our little listening devices and we got a shorter English description than what the tour group was getting. I knew this was the set-up going in but it didn’t play out as well as I hoped it would.

The Art Bunker tour was interesting, but the human guide spoke no English.
They give you an audio guide that you select the language you want, but she went much faster than the audio guide.
If it weren't for a person who was bi-lingual, most of us would have been lost as to what was going on.
