Nuremberg train and bus stations

Planning to take a train/bus trip from Amsterdam to Prague. According to the Deustche Bahn website, you need to walk 10 minutes from the train to the bus station in Nuremberg. Is this easily doable, easy to find, etc.? Wondering if I should just fly? All advice appreciated.

I don't think it is a station. When we did it we walk to the front of the train station, down the stairs and to a semi-circle curb in front of the station with sign posts for departing buses. At that time the Prague bus was second on the right. Someone will check your ticket and take your luggage. There is a first and second class luggage bins. First class is on the bottom of the bus and second class upstairs. One toilet on the bus.

As Frank says bus is in front of the station. I would fly. Flight takes just little over hour. Your train and bus connection over 10 hours.

This is a link to the Nürnberg Hbf station plan. When you see the magnifying glass with a plus in it, put it above the middle of the upper side of the red building and click it. The Fernbus, to Prague, leaves from bus stop 'H', right outside the main entrance to the station, near the taxi stand.

Note, there are three tunnels from the tracks into the station. The left side one doesn't have an exit; the right side one does, but the bus stop isn't in front of it. Take the middle tunnel and go out the main entrance door. There are escalators in the main entrance.

" Flight takes just little over hour." Only if you live at the gate in Schiphol and are only going to the gate in Prague airport. Travel to Schiphol, check in, security, boarding, deplaning, and getting from Prague airport into town (45 min) adds to that hour. Sure, it doesn't take 10 hours, but it doesn't take 1 hour, either.

Here is a link to the flyer for that bus, which goes from Paris to Prague. The last page shows the bus stops in all of the towns, including Nürnberg and Prague.

I recently travelled from Amsterdam to Prague by train and bus and it was a great trip. I suggest stopping in Cologne for a day too. And yes, The bus from Nuremburg to Prague leaves from the train station. Nice double deck bus too. Wish I had reserved a seat on the top in the front row. Btw, the bus drops off at the train station in Prague too.
If you spend a day or two in Nuremburg, I suggest the Hotel Deustcher Kaiser. Very nice place just a 10 minute walk from the train station.
