Can you recommend any tour operators in Nuremberg? Also, is a day trip to Prague feasible?

The first bus to Prague leaves at 7:40 and takes over 3 1/2 hours to get to Prague. The last bus returning is at 6:42 pm, giving you 7 hours in Prague.
