I ordered tickets for Hohenschwangau & Neuschwantsein about one week ago on their website for a specific day in mid July, the only day we will be in Fussen. I paid with a credit card and immediately got the following e-mail :
"Your reservation request will be processed by our staff of our reservation department.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as possible depending on availability!
Please note that the requests are prioritized by date.
Confirmations for later months will be delayed.
We kindly ask for your patience. "
My card has not been charged - should I be worried that I will not get tickets?
