Neuschwanstein Ticket concerns

I ordered tickets for Hohenschwangau & Neuschwantsein about one week ago on their website for a specific day in mid July, the only day we will be in Fussen. I paid with a credit card and immediately got the following e-mail :

"Your reservation request will be processed by our staff of our reservation department.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as possible depending on availability!

Please note that the requests are prioritized by date.
Confirmations for later months will be delayed.
We kindly ask for your patience. "

My card has not been charged - should I be worried that I will not get tickets?

I was worried too about the tickets I ordered last week! We will be there in July too. I’ll just be more patient!

Hello, I ordered our tickets for the castles on May 2nd for a tour on June 16th. I received a reply from them on May 12th that our reservations were confirmed for the times that we requested. So it looks like it takes awhile for the reservations to be confirmed. I hope you hear soon!

I second that it just takes a while to get your confirmed times when you book well in advance. I booked mine for the end of June and it took a few weeks before I finally received my times. No worries!
