We have already purchased tickets for both castles and printed out the tickets with the QR codes, date/time, tour numbers included. We also have the .pdfs of the tickets on my phone. Neuschwanstein is for an English audio tour, Howenschwangau for a tour in English. We have over 2.5 hours between tours. Must we still start at the ticket center? If we decide to take the shuttle or carriage, are tickets for these purchased at the ticket center or from the driver?
