Hello. We would prefer to take the audio tour - hard of hearing folks with us - but the languages listed for audio tours do not include English. Surely this is an omission? It lists so many other languages. We don't want to pay and not be able to access English audio though. Please advise, thank you!

I wonder if they only have audio tours for languages they do not have a specific tour for? I would email the ticket office.

Yes. They just select your language when you pick up your headphone thingy
