Need your advice on best way to Prague from Erding

We will be leaving Erding on a Sunday. We know it is near the Munich airport.
We would prefer not to fly and would prefer not to have to change bus/train a lot.

Any experienced people out there that can help us find the best option to Prague on a Sunday that is most direct?

With only 1 change there are several solutions, all by taking the S-Bahn to Munich, then either the bus or the ALX train direct to Prague. Takes 6 to 7 1/2 hours.

Why Erding?

Freising is a little closer to the airport (on the other side), and the ALX train that goes direct from Munich to Prague stops there.
