Hi,
My name is Shirley and I will be renting a car in Fussen and driving to the Ehrenburg Ruins in Reutte. Do I need a special toll sticker to drive on B179? On Google maps, this is listed as the route to the ruins.

We drove that route 2 years ago and you do not need a toll sticker. Those are only required on the autobahn. The highways that star with an A.
When renting a car there near the border, you may find that it already has an Austrian toll sticker for use on the Autobahn.
You won't need a sticker to go to Ehrenburg. As said before, the sticker (vignette) is only required on the Autobahn. From Fuessen to Reutte is only smaller highways.
I hope you're in good shape, the ruins themselves aren't too hard to get around, but the hill up is really steep.
