Hi, we are travelling to Austria in may with our 2 year old son. We would love to stay at the farm guesthouse featured in the Salzburg episode. My son would love the farm animals, that's the only reason I am searching high and low for this guest house. All that I know is it is run by the Weissacher family. Any tips would be much appreciated.

If not, I'm seeing other places near Werfen that promise farm stays, e.g., on TripAdvisor and at http://www.werfenweng.eu/EN/Family_Vacation/.
Was it the place located in Pinswang, and if this is correct it was called Gutshof Zum Schluxen....sound about right?

Brad: Thanks for Werfen Castle suggestion. I found a video on YouTube and showed it to my son, he was delighted. I am sure he will love watching the falconry show. My husband is also very enthusiastic once he found out the castle was used as the sets for "Where Eagles Dare".
