This is a quirky place to visit and get educated about mustard production and some surprising uses. Tastings are available. However it is not where the latest tour book says it is. It is on the other side of the river about 2 blocks from the Mosel, near the movie theater.

Mustard aficionados might also be interested in Bautzen, a town between Dresden and Gorlitz famous for its condiment.

I didn't realize there was such an interest in mustard! Maybe I should be. I will be in both Cochem and near Dresden/Gorlitz this fall. Probably should put it on my visit list!
