Is Enterprise Rent A Car located at the main train station (as they stated)? If not, how far is the rental station and best way to reach location?

The nearest of their 3 offices to the station seem to be that at Landsberger Straße 315. It's near the S-Bahn station München-Laim, a five minutes ride from the main station by S-Bahn 1-4, 6, 8.
However, the German website says that they will pick up you at the station at no cost.
