Anyone know how far in advance you can purchase train tickets to Munich? We will be traveling in September from Luzern Switzerland to Munich and DB Bahn doesn't have the price or ticket link for our dates yet. I know in Italy some trains are 120 days out you can purchase. Is that similar in Germany on the site or would you know when we can purchase tickets?

The German trains typically go on sale 91 days in advance of travel through DB and prices are lowest at that time.
A quirk in the Bahn website has it only say "fares not available" for sale of tickets where one end is outside of Germany, but if both ends are in Germany, it will give you the date when ticket sales are possible, and this will be the same date when sales for outside Germany are possible, so look up tickets from Frankfurt (for example) to Munich for your date and it will tell you the date that all tickets will be available online.
