Munich -- store similar to Monoprix?

In the Marienplatz area, the Galleria Kaufhof is a good size dept store that I often went to for housewares and some clothes/shoes. International food section in basement.

The entire area around Marienplatz is a shopping zone. Try the Salvator Passage, or the Hofstatt, or the Kaufingertor.

there is most likely no better adress in Munich than Kustermann at the Viktualienmarkt.
