Munich Restaurant

I have no answer for this but have you checked Trip Advisor?

You're staying very far out of Munich city center and away from main train station. Luckily you're pretty close to an underground station: Machtlfinger Straße So you should be able to jump on and go wherever you want to go fairly easily.

Are you flying into Munich? How are you planning to get to this location when you arrive?

These questions are easily answered by hotel personnel at the hotel when you are there. They often have lists.

I understand that the employees of the hotel may have a list of recommendations for restaurants nearby but I was hoping to have a personal recommendation.

I have no idea where your hotel is. In Munchen, we ate at the Chinesichum Turm (Chinese Tower) beergarden in the Englisher Garten. Fun, not real cheap, not expensive. Seemed to have a lot of tourists in May. We also ate at the Park Beergarden. Less crowded, more of a real restaurant, charming in the late evening.

I've never stayed in that part of Munich, so don't have any restaurant suggestions in that area. As someone else mentioned, your hotel is close to Machtlfinger Straße U-Bahn station, so it's only a short ride to Marienplatz and there are lots of restaurants in that area. One of my favourites is Opatija, which has two outlets in Munich. I normally use the one closest to the Hofbräuhaus , and I've never been disappointed in the food there.
