I have tickets to see the Opera at the National Theatre in Munich.. I am wondering how far back the stage sits from row 1 as we are front row center. I am hoping they would not make the most expensive seats an uncomfortable view. Any thoughts??

Research Munich National Theater Opera House. Looks like you will be looking up just a tad, over the orchestra. But right at the singers. Think the close-ups on the Met's HD Broadcasts (but without the nostril-cam).

Thanks, after I posted it, I saw on Youtube that the seats were back a bit from the orchestra pit.. And either way, it's a first world problem..and I do like the extra legroom that seems to be there. Thanks.
