Munich, Mittenwald, Neuschwanstein Castle plus more and ending in Darmstadt...Itinerary Help

I had posted previously asking for help/suggestions with our upcoming family trip. Since then, I have really changed the majority of our plans. However, I have come to a point where I need assistance again to determine the best order to do things.

Little background info first...traveling with my husband and 2 daughters (16 and 18). My son (21) is currently living in Darmstadt during his study abroad program and so we will end our trip in Heidelberg and Darmstadt. (He will be meeting up with us during different points during the trip that work around his classes) We will be arriving in Munich on June 14th and flying home from Frankfurt on June 27.

We would like to spend a few days in Munich followed by visiting Innsbruck(Austria), Mittenwald, Neuschwanstein Castle, Fussen, Lake Constance area, Heidelberg, and Darmstadt. Obviously this a lot to smoosh into 14 days and enjoy enough of each city. Right now I am thinking this:
Day 1) Munich
Day 2) Munich
Day 3) Munich and drive to Innsbruck, Austria in pm
Day 4) Innsbruck
Day 5) Innsbruck
Day 6) Drive to Mittenwald in the am
Day 7) Mittenwald
Day 8) Drive to Fussen in the am
Day 9) Fussen (drive to Neuschwanstein Castle then to Lake Constance area after tour)
Day 10) Lake Constance area
Day 11) Drive to Heidelberg in the am
Day 12) Heidelberg
Day 13) Darmstadt
Day 14) Darmstadt
Day 15) fly home from Frankfurt

Does this seem like too much? Would it be better to just do a day trip to the Neuschwanstein Castle from Munich and then head to Innsbruck, then Mittenwald and just scratch the day in Fussen? Is there a better order to try and visit what I have in mind? My husband and I have previously visited Fussen and enjoyed the town and would like to do some bike riding with our girls but is that something we could just do in Mittenwald instead?

I appreciate in advance all your expert help! :)

Unless you wanted to drive up Brenner Pass to Brennero, Italy, I don't think I would bother with Innsbruck, but Mittenwald is definitely worth a visit (also Seefeld, Austria). There is more to see in the area than just Neuschwanstein - Garmisch, Oberammergau, Linderhof, Wieskirche, Hohenschwangau castle, and the town of Füssen.

I love this part of the world, June should be very nice. I cannot speak to Darmstadt and I have no idea of your interests apart from biking, but my preference would be to extend Munich by one day, Day 4 (17th June) drive to Oberammergau via the nice town of Bad Tolz and Kloster Benedikteuern, rent a holiday apartment for one week in Oberammergau: for four, it will be cheaper and provide a more satisfying and calming experience than hotel stays. From Oberammergau, there are plenty of interesting sites and pleasant small towns to visit within an hour or so, including Fussen, Mittenwald and Innsbruck.
I'm going to be close to Lake Constance this September but you are not doing it any justice with just a day and a bit: I would drop it, it's up to you. Add a day to your Heidelberg stay, the long drive there can be broken up by a visit to the often overlooked Bad Wimpfen.

If you drive to Innsbruck, don't forget to buy an Austrian vignette (toll sticker) at the border or it could get very expensive.
