Returning to Munich for the Christmas Markets this year and noticed that our old favorite hotel, the Muenchner Kindl, is no lomger on Rick's suggested list. Anyone know what happened? Is there a problem with the hotel we ought to know about? Appreciate any insights you can provide. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry too much about it not being on Rick's suggested list, it still gets very good to excellent reviews on both TA and booking.com.

I stayed at Münchner Kindl in 2013. Good location, reasonable price. We had a room with the world's smallest bathroom (approx 2 m x 1 m) and there is no elevator, but other wise fine. Good location, reasonable price, friendly hosts.
